Returns & Exchanges

All canvases, books, needles, scissors and accessories sales are final. 

Threads can be returned for store credit within six months of purchase. Threads must be in new, unused, original condition. Any return shipping expense is paid by the customer. Threads may be exchanged for up to six months of purchase.
