Shipping

Three Palms Needlework makes every effort to ship orders within seven business days. Please allow additional processing time for curated and kitted orders. Kitting approval will be requested by text before thread charges are invoiced. Once payment is received, the completed order will ship.

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed automatically through Shopify once the order has shipped.
